Iva’s photoshoot in our Fairfield County Connecticut Boudoir Studio was everything she dreamed of!
There’s something captivating about a boudoir session that feels airy and romantic. When paired with the soft and natural light that streams through a studio windows, the result is a beautiful experience.
Iva’s boudoir choices consisted of lingerie that made her feel confident and beautiful. We started with a gorgeous lace robe in white that she owned from her wedding, and moved on with black lingerie, a crochet tan cover up, and some fabrics. Lace, silk, and satin are classic choices that can add a touch of luxury. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different colors and styles to find what suits you best.
The natural light here is a photographer’s dream. During your session, we position the sets near the window to take advantage of the natural light. You don’t need to worry about posing like a model! That is my job and I can help you find the most flattering angles and poses.
For my style of boudoir photography, I love to add a romantic touch. Sometimes we use vintage chairs, florals, and candles.
The most important thing is to relax and enjoy the experience. Your photographer should make you feel comfortable and confident. Remember, this is a celebration of your beauty.
